500gr. roast beef or steak patties.
Cut the meat into wafer-thin slices and fry them light brown in some oil. Put the meat aside and add the herb mixture in the remaining oil (about 2 tablespoons) and add approx. 100 ml of water. Return the meat to the sauce in the pan and simmer for a few minutes with constant stirring. Add salt to taste. You can also use the sauce with hard boiled eggs.
