This vegan ramen combines edible depth and a refined umami thanks to naturally brewed Shoyu (soy sauce) and vegetable extracts
Ingredients: Noodles (68%): wheat flour , water, salt, lye water (acidity regulators (E339, E340, E500, E501)). Soup (32%): 58% soy sauce (salt, 5.7% defatted soybeans , wheat flour), hydrolyzed corn protein, reduced tapioca starch syrup, 7.9% flavored oil (rapeseed, corn, garlic), 3.9% concentrated vegetable extract (onion, carrot, celery ), salt, water, yeast extract, brewed vinegar (alcohol, cane sugar), spices.
Directions: Boil 500ml of water. Add the noodles and stir gently. Cook for 3.5 minutes. Add the soup and stir. Serve with your favorite toppings.
