This Spicy Garlic Stiry-fry Sauce from Lee Kum Kee has a delicious Sichuan taste. This taste is often described as spicy and a tad lemon and aniseed. This sauce is made from soybeans, chillies, bell peppers and aromatic herbs. You can use the sauce for stir-fry dishes with meat, fish and vegetables.
Ingredients: Water, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans , wheat flour ), sugar, salted chili peppers 12% (chili peppers 80%, salt), soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans , wheat flour ), tomato paste, modified corn starch, hydrated garlic 1%, soybean oil, salt, spices, acid (lactic acid), flavor enhancers (disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate).
