Mix content of 1 pouch with 500 g chicken or shrimp, 120 g of chopped carrots, 120 g chopped onions, 10 g chopped spring onions and 1 beaten egg. Scoop 1 tablespoon (25 g) of the mixture onto 1 spring roll wrapper with a diameter of 20 cm and roll tightly. Seal the edges with water or egg white, cut into half and dip both ends in some flour. Deep-fry until golden brown. Serve with Mama Sita's sweet chili sauce or Mama Sita's sweet and sour sauce.
