Sushi seasoning is an integral part of making sushi- Japanese sticky, sweet rice served with thin slices of raw fish traditionally, to give it that pleasing aftertaste. Obento Sushi Seasoning is also used as a salad dressing without adding any oil.
Ingredients: Rice vinegar, water, sugar, salt.
How to use sprinkle 3 tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning to 1 cup of cooked sushi rice in a large shallow dish. Using a wooden spatula, fold the sushi seasoning into the rice. Let the rice cool to room temperature before using to make sushi.
