Cooking instructions: Hot Chicken Curry recipe.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1 finely chopped onion, fry until soft.
- Add 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic and 1/2 a jar of Patak's Hot Curry Spice paste, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 50ml of water, cook until water has evaporated.
- Add 500g of diced chicken, cook until sealed. add 200g chopped tomatoes and 100 ml of water, simmer uncovered until the chicken is cooked (approx. 15 minutes).
- Add 50 ml double cream and 25g butter, cook for 2-3 minutes, season to taste, garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with rice or naan.
