Description
Gochujang chili sauce has the consistency of a very chewy tomato paste and is a classic in Korean cuisine.
Ingredients: fermented rice (rice, water, salt, aspergillus Oryzae), fermented rice syrup (water, rice powder, aspergillus oryzae, salt, -amylase, protease, glucoamylase, water, 11.1% chili powder, alcohol, salt, yeast extract, fermented soy sauce, rice powder, onion powder, carrot powder, garlic concentrate.
