Ingredients: shallot, salt, palm oil, turmeric root, nutmeg, garlic, coriander, pepper, cumin.
Cook 500 gr. cut into pieces of lamb in 2 cups of water and add the spice mix. Let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat until the meat is tender. Add ¼ cup of concentrated coconut milk. Serve with a dash of lemon juice and chili sauce.
