Mirin Seasoning, 250ml

Obento Mirin Seasoning is a specially blended seasoning with the flavors and properties of Mirin. It is essential for Japanese cooking to add a unique sweetness to Japanese dishes. Mirin can be used in salads or for stewed, grilled fish, meat, Japanese teriyaki and vegetables.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, fructose syrup, water, fermented rice seasoning, soy sauce, preservative (E211).
