Adzuki Beans, 900g

Adzuki beans, also called Azuki or Aduki, are red-brown, dried beans. They are smaller and less elongated than, for example, kidney beans or kidney beans and have a nutty, slightly sweet taste. In Asia, these beans are widely used in sweet snacks and desserts. In the West, they are often used in savory dishes.

Instructions for use: wash the beans and soak them in plenty of water for 1 to 2 hours. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for about 45 to 60 minutes. Drain and serve.
