Brown Sugar Boba
Boba, Boba Tea or simply called Bubble Tea.

Brown Sugar Boba or better known as Brown Sugar Milk was first introduced at Tiger Sugar in Taichung, Taiwan. Nowadays you can find it anywhere in and outside of Asia. There are endless varieties and flavors of Bubble Tea.

The Boba is made out of Tapioca pearls.

You can make Boba as crazy as you want, but the basics of Brown Sugar Milk are:

Don't feel like making the Tapioca Pearls? The easiest and quickest way is to use tapioca pearls from the brand Wu Fu Yuan. These pearls are already infused with brown sugar. All you have to do is boil the pearls according to package and follow the recipe from step 3.

1.Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add the tapioca pearls and stir gently until they begin floating to the top of the water. Cook the pearls: Turn the heat to medium and cook the pearls for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove the pan from heat, cover, and let the pearls sit for another 12 to 15 minutes

2. Cook Brown Cane Sugar (we use Chinese Rock sugar) and dissolve it in water until it has a syrup-like consistency.

The amount of sugar is up to you, depending how sweet you want it!

When the sugar is dissolved into the water and it's’ more of a syrup, you can chuck in the boba pearls and let it swirl around and soak up the sugar.

3. Ready your glass and add the brown sugar infused boba, add more syrup if desired!

4. Add some ice cubes and pour in your milk of choice.

And there we have, Brown Sugar Boba!
