This instant plantain fufu flour from Heritage Afrika is made of potato granules, cassave and plantain. Fufu flour is traditionally used to make fufu, a West African side dish that is served alongside soups and stews.
Cooking instructions: Mix one cup of plantain fufu to two parts of water. Cook in a microwaveable bowl for 3 minutes. Knead until desired consistency is achieved. Sprinkle a bit of water and cook again for 3 minutes.
Cooking on a hob: You can also place your mixture in a saucepan and cook on a hob stirring and kneading until cooked. Plantain Fufu compliments all kinds of soup.
