Naogenshoyu Ginger Shoyu, 120ml

This ginger flavored soy sauce is made from Naogen's signature koikuchi marudaizu soy sauce. It contains grated ginger from Kochi Prefecture, a region known for ginger production. Naogen soy sauce with ginger contains less salt than a classic soy sauce.
