Shipping and return
Packages are sent through PostNL or DPD with Track & Trace. We will provide you with a link to follow your package online.
The Wadden Islands are excluded for shipping in the Netherlands. Please contact us if you would like to have your order shipped.
To ensure that the ordered products are packed as good as possible, we have a minimum order of 10 EUR. This to ensure the cover of cost of the packaging. In the future we strive to minimize these costs.Your package will be sent at your own risk, but Special care is taken to vulnerable objects to protect.
Please double check your shipping addres. Once shipped, we can not make any changes anymore.
If you chose to have it delivered at a Pick Up Point or Parcelshop, please make sure your package is collected within 7 days. Uncollected packages are automatically send back and we are forced to charge additional shipping costs for cancelling your order.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will need to go to your account information and to select the appropriate order. Then select the product (s) you are returning.
Mind that the shipping costs are not refunded. You also have the possibility to return the products at our store at no cost.
