Ingredients: chickpea flour, corn flour, pea protein, psyllium fiber, carrageenan, dextrose, turmeric powder, calcium carbonate, garlic powder.
Preparation method:
Mix 25 g (N)Omelet mix with 150 ml ice-cold water in a bowl until a smooth batter. Add 1/2 tsp oil and beat on high speed for 1 minute. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and add a little oil or margarine. First fry the vegan omelette on one side for 5 minutes until a crispy crust forms. Then carefully turn the omelet over and fry for another 3 minutes with the lid on the pan. Remove the lid and cook for another 2 minutes for extra crispy texture. Season with (Kala Namak) salt and add herbs and vegetables as desired. Enjoy your meal!
