Preparation:
Stove: Mix 2 cups water, rice mix, and 1 tablespoon butter in a 2-quart saucepan until well blended. Let's cook. Turn the heat down. Cover. Simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir with fork before serving. Serve with grilled chicken or shrimp.
Microwave: Mix 2 cups hot water, rice mix, and 1 tablespoon butter in a 2 1/2 quart microwave-safe bowl until well blended. Cover it. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir. Microwave on medium 15 minutes or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally. Leave in the microwave for 5 minutes.
